Please select your dumped Mushishi: Amefuru Sato .nds ROM file (see the setup guide for how to get this), choose the options you'd like to use, then click "Patch ROM" to apply the patch.

Compatibility Notes

We recommend that PC users emulate the game with MelonDS, as opposed to DeSmuME, due to graphical issues associated with the latter.
